Annual Fund
Every year, a majority of parents support the Gateway Annual Fund with important unrestricted gifts. Tuition alone does not fully cover the expense of a Gateway education—particularly in light of Gateway’s small classes, high teacher-to-student ratios, and strong commitment to financial aid. As with all independent schools across the country, tuition is kept below actual costs so that the broadest range of families can attend the school. The difference is made up in charitable giving from the wide range of families who attend the school.
Each year volunteers lead the Annual Fund drive to make up the difference between tuition and the actual costs of a Gateway education. Solicitations begin in September. Every gift, no matter what the size, is significant. If you make only one gift this year to the school, please send it to the Annual Fund. Your gift during pledge week eliminates continued solicitations throughout the year.
