Experience Sari spent her early childhood in Montana and later moved to San Francisco. She attended California State University, Chico, where she earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on childhood development. She later attended the Professional Studies in Education at Chico. Sari taught 4th Grade for four years at Charter School of Morgan Hill before joining the Gateway faculty in 2006.
"The Charter School is committed to project based learning with high parent involvement," Sari says. "I appreciated my experience at Charter School as it aligns with the philosophy at Gateway, and I'm excited to be here."
In her spare time, Sari enjoys exploring the many trails of the Santa Cruz mountains. She also enjoys tending to her garden and spending alone time with her bird and cat.
