Creative writing and art explorations make an exciting combination with a masterpiece goal – each child will finish a hardcover book, published using an online service that allows friends and relatives to order their own copies! Students will create short stories or poetry, and illustrate their work using a range of art techniques (collage, pastels, ink, etc.). Taught by writing instructor Lis Bensley and Gateway art teacher Susan Paull.
